Meticulously handcrafted in India using the artisanal technique of blockprinting, charming imperfections make each and every Lisa Corti mezzero unique. Dam Dam revisits a Renaissance damask motif, reworked into a balanced, symmetrical design. Two contrasting fields are separated by a central floral line, giving the pattern a clear sense of structure. Repeating ornamental details creates depth and character across the surface. Produced using traditional block-print techniques, the result is a timeless decorative pattern. This collection has called for Lisa Corti to embark on an exciting new printing technique. This innovative technology is unique as the printed design originates from a hero hand-carved prototype created using block printing and crafted by master artisans in India, which is then copied onto pure cotton. Made exclusively in Italy, this new artisanal yet modern practice embodies Lisa Corti's fusion of heritage and innovation.
